End Users not only have become more budget oriented, enjoying the current decline in prices but quality of the units, the facilities and the offerings that come with the property have a stronger influence then ever before in renting or purchasing a property. With so many units available on the market, competitive price, upgrades and proper maintenance of the property, recreational and community facilities availability, all these aspects will make the property more attractive to the current tenants or purchasers therefore more likely to be sold or rented.
